Hillary Clinton's Opinion on Water Pollution

This is about water quality and Secretary Clinton. If you read the referenced article, pro-Hillary people will likely say that Hillary and her husband are separate people, she was not the responsible party. That’s true. But water quality is not a position you ‘evolve’ into. You either care about environmental conditions that adversely affect the population, or you don’t. The situation regarding water pollution in Arkansas during the Clinton reign has many parallels to the situation in Flint today. Both situations are outrageous and need attention and correction. Mrs. Clinton is outraged at Governor Snyder’s inaction in remedying the situation, and rightly so. She is making it a major issue in her campaign, also a reasonable action. Any and all media attention to Flint and it’s water tragedy is helpful. My question is, “When her husband, as Governor of Arkansas, had personal responsibility for allowing the pollution of drinking water in Arkansas, where was her outrage?”

EDIT: YUP, my hunch was right

Since some water is sold, the rules (international) say that it all must eventually be privatized - it may be slow, it may take decades but thats what the rules say.
