It should be no surprise by this time, but whenever present-day Republicans point a finger and cry "foul," you can be reasonably sure the crime is an inside job.

on the every day Joe or his wife that show up to vote. It the "who" benefits or the motive behind it that needs to be address. They would rather restrict voter rights, then the mechanics.
