Household Hints & Help
Related: About this forumCan anyone recommend a good brand of towels and washcloths?
I admit that I use towels and washcloths until they fall apart (years). Now is the time to replace what I have. Last year I bought what I thought were some decent washcloths from a decent department store -- they have not held up at all. I don't want to waste money on a brand that's going to fall apart.
Anyone have a recommendation?

(156,969 posts)They hold up extremely well and last for decades, depending on use.
I know you can buy cheaper towels but these are well made.

(156,969 posts)I bought the last ones in a store, but it was years ago and I don't remember which one! Good grief.
If I wanted any now, I'd probably go online with a good guarantee, just in case.

(759 posts)Of all the towels I've bought during the last 13 years, the ones I got for $5 each at Penney's are still in great shape. Can't say that about the others (Lands End, mostly).
