My computer keeps "crashing" saying Adobe Flash player has crashed...send crash report

I'm trying to view something live and I get bounced off the website and have to sign in again. How can I improve Adobe Flash player? I checked and it's up to date. Please answer in layman's terms...I'm not very computer literate. Thanks in advance.

But I will ask a relative when I see them to try out IE or Chrome or show me how. I'm afraid I might goof things up and have no computer. I never should have asked for help. Again, thanks for trying.
