and I can access File Explorer by right-clicking the little window icon in the lower left corner and then click the line with the words File Explorer. Doesn't matter if I right or left click, it launches Explorer. I can't find it's program/app/whatever to put it back on the taskbar. I'm just a twit these days.

1- Launch File Explorer
2- Place your mouse cursor over the folder icon in the Taskbar
3- Right click the folder icon
4- You should see Pin this Program to taskbar
5- Click that

When I tried it with Explorer minimized, it didn't give me the option and I was too dense to try it while active.
You are a prince.

Click the Browse button to This PC, Local Disk C, Windows, Explorer.exe folder. Name it Explorer.exe.

That's another way to get into Explorer.
