and get a Roku box,and keep the speed and get more channels.

Is what I did,I hated paying 100 bucks a month to watch 2-3 channels on cable.

and I would guess the poster does have cable TV.

But I have been wrong before.

EDIT: Yes, I'm on the internet a lot, so I need a lot of data.

It tests well on speedtest.net, but in practice tethering to one of my mobile 4G devices is faster.

I think they're choking it, they call it "bursts" of speed, the ATT saleman said.

love watchin that little wheel go round and round. Often bad as dialup. Can't wait to dump them.
