THere must be a quick answer. When I Google something--including this question,

I cannot seem to find the answer.
Years ago, when I viewed a web page as a result of a search, the color on the list of results would change from blue to red. No so any more. Everything is blue, whether I viewed it or not.

There must be a check or un-check somewhere that would change the color of web page views.

Can you suggest something?
I find that many times I go to what I think is next on the list and find I have already seen that page.
Thanks

For example, in the Content tab of Firefox preferences, picking Colors gives you an option to choose different colors for visited and unvisited links

Similarly, for the version of Opera I use, the Webpages tab of preferences gives you an option to choose different colors for visited and unvisited links

HopeHoops may be right that none of this matters if you don't remember history
