Lenovo sound problem

I can hear sound on my computer. But when I skype the person on the other end cant hear me.

If I record a video, It comes up with no sound.

I dont have an external mic.

Of course it must be hard to know what the issue is.
I go into sound, but not sure what to do to fix the problem.

I have a Lenovo desktop that took me forever to figure out how to get the sound working, but it works great now.

Several laptops, HP and Lenovo, with no problems at all.

Apparently a little thing at the back of my computer came out, Ive pushed it back into it's slot , and it now works.
