Help for an IT challenged old lady.

My phone has something called inmobi on it and it is really annoying me. I know it is malware but how do I get rid of it on an android phone? Step by step is best for me. I tried a couple of things I saw online and could not get it done.

Sorry for being a moron.

Your list of apps to find it. I am leaving for an appointment so won't be able to help you with it until later. Have you called your service provider for tech support? I would try that if you haven't already done so. Sorry for not being more help. I'll check back later. Good Luck! ❤

It will have come in bundled as the ad server for some mobile game or utility.

Is there one or two things that were installed about the time the troubles started?
