Help finding Twitter Follow and Following lists

Since the last Twitter upgrade, they removed the follow and following tabs. Help center tells me to go to profile and tap lists. There are no list, I never created one. How do i find who I'm following? Who I've followed? I can't find it anywhere.

I get half way through the first sentence and it autoloads all the new tweets. I can never find the one I was reading.

There is no Block Twitter Autoload app.

What were they thinking?

You will see your banner photo and links to followers and following.

Also find access to your tweets, tweets & replies, media, and likes in your opened profile.

in plain sight on the profile, I've looked several times, and searched 'help' section, never found it or saw it!

What little explanation provided at the time of the change was misleading and confusing.
