Help with internet connection?

This morning, my other computer cannot connect to the internet. So far I've tried:

Shutting down and restarting.

Re-starting the router.

Disconnecting and re-connecting to the network.

Trying a different browser.

It is a PC with a wireless connection.

This laptop I'm using now is connected to the same network, and so is my cell phone.

Any thoughts on what might be the problem?

3. a long time ago this happened to me

and all I (other people, I am a moran) could figure out was some port had failed. I think I was on dial up at the time, but I could never get that computer on line again and it became a storage device.

I went to the site suggested and it said (if everything else fails) to get a plug-in WiFi adapter. I had an old one, so I plugged it in, and lo and behold, the WiFi worked. Then I tried it again without the adapter, and lo and behold again, it worked.

So all I can think of is, technology is weird.

But glad to have it back.
