Best (2021) Bookmark manager

This is one tool Ive never used and deeply regret every time I lose all of my Bookmarks.

So is there a good cross-platform solution, that will easily migrate with me through multiple app changes?

There is an option to back up bookmarks. I guess other browsers have the same option.

There's also a small freebie called MozBackup that backs up your Firebird and Thunderbird profiles and restores them. It's saved my skin many times.
