Viewed via your browser, maybe investigate an ad blocker. I use Ad-blocker ultimate add-on.

Although you should be using Windows 10. Seamonkey - wow that's an oldie.

You may like to have a look at Waterfox. Look almost identical to Firefox, but with a smaller footprint, CPU and RAM -wise. All the Firefoxadd-ons work on it.

But most important, I use AdBlock Plus, AdBlock for YouTube, and UBlock Origin for Adblockers. I haven't found ONE Adblocker that will do it all, but these three will do it across ALL platforms of browsers, include Edge. I finally got my husband's computer locked down to where he's stopped screaming at it every three minutes (he only uses Edge). Some of these (like UBlock) I really like because I can finesse them, I've used them for so long. Started out using them on Firefox, and switched them over to Chrome when I became a Chrome user. I can't recommend them enough!

5. YouTube can be a real cesspool, sadly

It's why I mostly stick to retro computing channels or game show channels. Even then, the comments sections can be ugly. But I find if I stray out of that area, a lot of people find any excuse they can to make racist, homophobic or transphobic comments in reply to the videos.

Several weeks ago, Steve Lehto did a piece on the trans woman who was wrongly jailed because of a sand-filled stress ball that the cops tried to claim "contained drugs". She sued for false arrest and won. Steve's piece itself was respectful and kind, but even then people couldn't wait to go into the comments and say "That's a HE, Steve" or "It. IT." or the like.

I don't know why YouTube has to be so damned rotten... But it is. And some of us keep waiting for them to keep their word and start cleaning that cesspool up.

So such vile ads running on YouTube? I'm sadly not surprised.

I wish an adblocker was an option for you. I've used one for years and I'm glad I do. If I saw such an ad, it'd probably shoot my blood pressure through the roof.
