If you are on a jury, you can open DU in another window and go find the post/thread. If you do, it gives you DU2 jury choices there, but I've always done my jury duty in the DU3/4 window.

It seems however, that the formatting has reverted to something more similar to DU2 filtered through DU4.

That is part of an old version of the Jury System. Please stay inside the Jury Service environment, don't go hunting for the post, and do not use the old buttons on the post itself. We will be patching this out soon. If you cannot complete Jury Service because of a bug, just cancel out.

As for the main issue here, which is the current system glitching out, we're looking into it.
