More fun with Windows 8
Had customer bring in a new Toshiba laptop. Took the password but wouldn't do anything.
finally ended up pulling the battery, waiting 30 seconds and reinstalling. We have liftoff-evidently another glitch when it goes to sleep.
He said he bought it because his old one died. Hated 8. I installed Classic Shell, installed Revouninstaller and decrapified it, he's a much happier person now.
