Does anyone else have an UpdateusUser folder on their computer?

I can't get access to it, though I haven't tried under the admin.

I'm using the latest patched version of Win8.1. Now, instead, I have a "DefaultAppPool" folder. I can get in, and I'm using an admin account with a password.
