I really need a better graphics card. Help?

Can anyone recommend a good, mid-priced graphics card that is compatible with my system? I can't go overly powerful because I don't want to have to mess with anything else. Just need more oomph, you know? I'm not basing this on my "score" I'm hoping it will help with streaming quality. If that's not going to help, please point me in the right direction for what will help streaming. This is quite crucial as Hockey season just started and I MUST watch my Blackhawks! Also, my DirectX is 11 not 10. Don't know why it says that. Any help is much appreciated. Here's my computer info:

ETA I use VLC to watch streams.

Streaming quality is more dependent on connection speed than graphics card.
I would go through your system and get rid of the crapware that comes with a prebuilt machine and find out what's loading at startup that doesn't need to.

I have gotten rid of all the excess crap/programs that I don't use. Didn't think to do a speed test while the game was on. I suppose evenings are going to be a bit slower than usual.

Any halfway recent cpu* can handle the chore of decoding flash video. You can disable the use of your videocard by flash by right clicking within a video and clicking on settings. Then uncheck hardware acceleration. Your cpu will then do the work.

If you play videogames and need some opinions on what to choose I'll be happy to make some suggestions.

*Your cpu won't even break a sweat, it has many times the power needed to decode a video stream. Your videocard is at least one grade below the minimum specification for a lot of videogames. It's more than fine for 2D, 2.5D, videogames.
