Most compatible browser for Healthcare.gov ?
I've tried Opera, Firefox, IE, Seamonkey, Chrome and Chrome Canary. It seems IE and Firefox are the most compatible. Is that what you're seeing also ?
I keep getting hung up on the "View Eligibility Results" screen. I'm not in a big rush because I already have coverage and am looking for cheaper coverage if possible.
Thanks for any help.

(1,576 posts)last week my wife and i tried everything and never got past creating an account ... yesterday i finally was able to enter all our info and now i want my wife to double check our figures and do the final submission. hopefully we'll be able to view plans, pick one and finally get insured.
just keep trying and good luck
ps. we're in florida and they are not making it easy for anyone. i won't go into details but it is so bad i hope the backlash turns this state blue next couple of election cycles

(37,457 posts)I don't even get the VER screen this time, just a blank screen. I don't envy the IT people in this at all, they must be working under extreme stress.
Oh well, I'll try again tomorrow.

(1,576 posts)the site was still being "kludgey"
i am actually on the phone with a rep ... the toll free number they provide... and she has pulled up the application and working through the error messages, loops and hoops of fire.
it is almost resolved and i will be able to actually chose a plan
