PC Pitstop has sent me a couple of notices to install / activate their Super Shield.

Recommend I disable other current firewall systems. I already use PC Pitstop for routine computer efficiency scans, etc. Any experience here with Super Shield? Thanks.

They're thieves. I paid $70 to download their antivirus software, downloaded it, but they never sent me the activation key, and they never gave me a refund/credit. Fuck 'em.

linking several devices on a home network, a self-installing 3rd-party firewall manager might screw it up in some uber-irritating way. That's been my experience with the Norton Shakedown built into my system which has a sneaky habit of breaking things and not telling me about it.
