Any idea of the price point on the new MacPro?

I'm thinking $3500 to $5000 range.

I stopped buying desktop machines over ten years ago, but this sucker temps me.

Now that syncing between machines is so easy, I may be a two main Mac person once again.

. . . . . none of our machines has needed the slightest attention . . . . so far!

We've been putting off replacement as the machines still run the software we use but rumor has it the next version or maybe the one after that will need newer hardware. If ours have a weakness, it is in the graphics cards. I'm not sure if it is even possible to upgrade the cards, hence thinking about these guys.

The current generation starts at $2499, and Apple might want to bump up the base price for the coolness factor.
