Deleting cities in weather channel/yahoo app

How the heck ? Tried and read everything but cannot ascertain how to delete a city on the weather app

iPhone 4S running 7.0.3

1. Which is it? The Weather Channel app and Yahoo Weather app are different apps.

The Yahoo Weather app is far more clean, ad free, and superior in general.

Yahoo Weather App: Click on three lined hamburger icon in upper left, Click Edit Locations, touch red circle with minus, confirm deletion.

Weather Channel App: Click on gear icon in upper right, Look under Saved Locations, touch red circle with minus, confirm deletion.

2. I have look at many weather apps/websites

and by a mile, the best one is http://www.weather.gov
It's the National Weather Service weather site.
It is lightning fast, has no ads, and is the source where everyone else gets their data.
There is so much information there, it kills any app or website out there.
Check it out, believe me, it's the best, and you will bookmark it in Safari, so that you can see what the weather is at any time any where in the US!
