Difference in browsers?

I have been using Firefox since forever. I just think that is is better than Safari.

Anyway, I am doing my Taxes on TurboTax and it has a feature that allows a rep to view my screen. I was supposed to have had a code and did not have one. So decided to use Safari and there I could.

But then in interesting thing. When I wanted to printed my return, on Firefox it would download via Adobe and I an open it on my computer. On Safari, it just stayed on the site. No sign of Adobe and, of course, no paged to go through..

My Firefox could NOT get audio on online sessions--I couldn't hear anybody else speaking, and apparently, they couldn't hear me either. I put it on Chrome, and it worked. All the hardware was fine. It turned out that Firefox employed an obsolete codec protocol that disabled the audio, and there was no valid way to disable that protocol. So I had to use Chrome to plug into those meetings. Weird.
