to find phone . goto finder / and then choose what u want .
i exported a photo of my mom to make desktop photo on the iphone and found a proceedure for that too also.

If so, syncing should be very simple and nearly automatic.

If your devices are synced, data entered on one device will show up on the other unit.
For example, if I add a Bookmark on my iPhone, it will show up on my MacBook and iPad. Similarly with Contacts, Music, etc. Techies smarter than I assure me that the data is encrypted and safe.
