Any iphone aficionados out there?

My iphone 12 pro, all of a sudden, from out of the blue, stopped accepting pics or vids and FaceTime doesn't work. I can't send pics or vids either.

Yes, I turned the phone off and back on. Nothing. Everything that should be on, is on, and my internet connection has not changed...I'm on it right now. After the pic fails to send, it sends me a message with a red exclamation point next to the image indicatiing it could not be sent. If I click on that red icon, I *CAN* send the pic via text message. Vids or FaceTime? No dice.

This is very frustrating and I wonder if anyone could help, or whether there's a relatively easy fix?

... To use iMessages. I always have problems sending pictures to Android users.

If you use iMessage (blue bubbles).. Go to Settings > Tap your name at teg top > on the next screen, scroll down and "Sign Out" and sign back in again. This is the way to sing into all Apple services.

I think that's what it's called. It's easy.

Click the Up Volume button then click the Down Volume button then click and hold the Sleep button. Keep holding it until the screen goes black-- keep holding it and don't swipe the Off switch-- then when the white Apple logo appears, you can release the Sleep button.

This always works for me. Good luck.

3. I had the same problem and it was the size of the pic. I went into settings and dropped it down

But still make sure you have the latest update. That's probably what an Apple tech would tell you first thing.

That usually works.

Sometimes I throw the phone across the room.
I don't advise doing that. It doesn't work.

I have an iPhone 7 and mine started acting up a few weeks ago. It wouldn't let me send attachments in emails and a few other things, I think. It got to the point where I was almost ready to dump it for a new one. But I just happened to check and there was an update I hadn't installed. It turned out to be a big one that took me multiple tries. It finally worked and my phone was back to normal (whatever that is). So give that a try.
