Hey, I am new at this. Being on hold when the screen starts to fade I tap it because I am afraid that when it is dark I will be disconnected. Will I?

(7,080 posts)You can minimize the phone call screen and play a game or do anything else by opening a new screen or 2 or 3. Can still speak to the person you are talking to. Have fun!

(18,889 posts)Then you can go to the internet. Super helpful when talking to customer service etc. For example you can look at information about an order while talking to the service person. No need to write down order numbers etc.
Or you could go to your e-mail and ask them about a particular one you got without having to print it out. All very handy things to be able to do. To get back to the call screen just tap the little green phone on the top left hand corner.
