Can someone please supply me with instructions on text editing web pages from afar?
I have to perform some word editing on a company website that uses Adobe Deamweaver. Can I just open the source code, edit the grammar and spelling, save, and send?
Much Thanks in advance.

(3,163 posts)Webpages are produced by HTML. Dreamweaver is a glorified WYSIWYG editor that produces HTML to display webpages. It throws a lot of other crap on the page that Dreamweaver uses, but if you look you'll find the HTML. A lot of it will be obfuscated by "tagging" and other means, but whatever HTML you see you can edit and upload.
