What is that google program that pays developers for usage?

In the last few months, Google started something which I think is part of their Google Plus package, whereby developers submit apps and get paid for how often they're use. The trick is that it's free (for the user, aside from the Plus membership) but developers also need to have a similar app in the Android store that either charges money or charges in-product purchases. thus providing a differention for Google Plus (hey, it's free, compared to the version you pay for) and must have increased features (not a hobbled-down version).

For the life of me I can't recall the official name of the program and have been looking around developer.google.com among other things. The next step is search 20,000 emails, but I'd like to toss the question out before going that far. Anyone know the name of the program?

(so no wonder I couldn't find it).

It's not a Google development program. It's an Amazon effort called "Amazon Underground" or something to that effect ("underground" is key to finding it, as is "amazon&quot and it's Amazon Prime not Google Plus.

If anyone cares...
