expand Medicaid and keep the ACA. Maybe there will be coattails for state senators and representatives. Better state laws may be passed, or extreme legislation can be vetoed by Democratic governors. Sensible appointments of judges can be made in some cases. Liberal legislation can be brought forward. Maybe gerrymandering can be suppressed.
