2. Besides Flake-AZ and Heller-NV, there is no other Republican Senate seat that is vulnerable.

Democrats are targeting AL in 2017 (Moore-R vs Jones-D) Despite Moore's gaffes, AL is a solid Republican state.
MS (if Wicker-R loses in the Republican primary to McDaniel-R and MS AG Jim Hood-D runs) The race will be a tossup with a slight Republican Lean, if McDaniel-R were to make an Akin/Mourdock like gaffe, Hood-D is narrowly favored to win.
TX (Cruz-R vs O'Rourke-D) is competitive but Cruz-R wins by a high single to low double digit margin.
Republicans are strongly favored to win TN (Blackburn or Fincher) and UT (Hatch or Romney).
NE (Fischer-R) and WY(Barrasso-R) are safe Republican.
2020 will be the year Democrats regain control of the US Senate.
Democrats will hold onto DE (Coons-D),IL (Durbin-D),MA (Warren-D),MI (Peters-D),MN (Franken-D),NH (Shaheen-D),NJ (Booker-D),NM (Udall-D),OR (Merkley-D),RI (Reed-D) and VA (Warner-D) and pick up AZ Special (Mark Kelly or Greg Stanton-D), CO (John Hickenlooper or Ed Perlmutter-D), and NC (Josh Stein-D or Beth Wood-D).

4. We can start with the LA US Senators- Cassidy and Kennedy, LA has a Democratic Governor.

Other Republican US Senators from states with Democratic Governors are
Gardner-CO
Daines-MT
Burr-NC
Tillis-NC
Toomey-PA
