If Beto O'Rourke(D-TX) becomes the Vice Presidential Runningmate to Biden or Sanders,

Can TX become a purplish blue state in the November General Election?

If TX goes Democratic in the 2020 US Presidential Race, Democrats will win the 2020 US Presidential Election. Clinton 2016 states- 232 plus TX- 38= 270ev.
