Put Porter(D-CA) against Steel-R(48) instead of Levin-D(49) -1R. Steel-R loses.
Get rid of Valadao-R(CA-21),Garcia-R(CA-25) and Kim-R(CA-39) -4R

They can make TX-7(Fletcher-D),TX-15(Gonzalez-D),and TX-32(Allred-D) safer to create a Republican leaning district in TX-37, TX-38, and TX-39.
