Retiring
1)AL(Shelby-R) will be replaced by Brooks-R. R hold
2)MO(Blunt-R) will be replaced by Schmitt-R. R hold
3)NC(Burr-R) will be replaced by Jackson-D. D gain
4)OH(Portman-R) will be replaced by Ryan-D. D gain
5)PA(Toomey-R) will be replaced by Fetterman-D. D gain.
Potentially Retiring
6)IA(Grassley-R) will be replaced by his grandson(Pat Grassley-R). R hold.
7)VT(Leahy-D) will be replaced by Donovan-D. D hold.
Potentially Retiring or be Defeated.
8)WI(Johnson-R) will be replaced by Godlewski-D. D gain.
Potentially be Defeated.
9)NH(Hassan-D) if Sununu-R decides to run. R gain.

Democrats will have a net gain of 3 to 4 seats.
