NC is likely to get 2 Democratic US Senators by 2026/2027.

2022- Jeff Jackson-D defeats Pat McCrory-R.
2026- Roy Cooper-D defeats Thom Tillis-R.
Roy Cooper-D leaves the NC Governorship in 2024/2025 due to term limits.
Josh Stein-D wins the 2024 NC Gubernatorial Election.

Jeff Jackson-D was an assistant district attorney from Gaston county, NC. If Jackson does not win the Democratic nomination for the 2022 NC US Senate Election. He runs for the NC Attorney General's office in 2024 then runs for Governor in 2032. Jeff Jackson-D leaves the NC Governor's office in 2040. He runs for the US Senate in 2040 or 2044..
Cheri Beasley-D or Erica Smith-D could end up getting elected to the US Senate in 2022.
