1. The Clintons are not Democratic politicians; they are private citizens.

But it would be appropriate and not hypocritical if they did.

2. Is it every elected Democrat - or every Democrat?

From what I've gathered, Obama hasn't weighed in, either. So, I don't think they should. They don't hold office anymore. Plus, as you suggested, it's not a good look for Bill to say anything in regards to sexual harassment. But again, since they're not office holders right now, I don't think it's really needed.

They're probably thinking it's not their place to influence public opinion, especially a case like this aftet what Bill went thru.

when she was asked about Al Franken (whose situation was entirely different from Cuomo's IMHO): "I think he will do the right thing."

5. Why would either of them be expected to weigh in?

Their opinion since 2016 has clearly been rendered irrelevant by the political Media & opponants, so why now?

Neither are a part of the current political field.
Not at the Federal nor State level.
What has GW Bush said?

I wouldn't even expect nor demand they offer an opinion on this matter.

8. Bill Clinton got a consensual BJ from an adult woman. HRC did nothing. Why couldn't they speak up?
