If Mark Udall had not lost re-election in 2014, Would he and his cousin Tom run for re-election

in 2020 or Would they have retired?

1. What I do know about Tom Udall is that he declined to run for re-election in

2020.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tom_Udall#Nomination_as_Ambassador_to_New_Zealand_and_Samoa

"On July 16, 2021, President Joe Biden nominated Udall to serve as United States Ambassador to New Zealand and Samoa.[1] On September 22, a hearing on his nomination was held before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.[36] On October 19, his nomination was reported favorably out of committee.[37] The Senate confirmed Udall by voice vote on October 26."

I'm not sure what the point of this op is.
