(320,554 posts)that's just hitting some highlights.. but, no way could the whole picture fit in a graphic.. I get Steve Marmel's point very nicely.
My votes and my campaign donations were an honor in exchange for having such a great President as Barack Obama get elected in 2008 and re-elected in 2012!
Not to mention our President having to deal with this contingent as well as the gopropaganda corporatemediawhore express..

Mahalo for your OP, she~

(98,439 posts)How were the tacos and the visit with your son?
I had a sweet day.
As for what I got from this President? Well I feel blessed and got everything that I could have wished for considering the nasty opposition.
Democrats Rule while the tea baggers drool. Poor poor GOP~
Your graphic is spot on!

(320,554 posts)Wonderful!
Our day didn't go exactly as planned.. we spent so much of the time that he was over here teaching and learning how to do things on my new laptop. I was tired. We took a walk on the bike trail too and talked to family. Then it was getting late and he didn't really want to drive that huge work truck, loaded to the gills, home in dark.
Tim skyped his wife too.. so that was fun! Anyway, we didn't have time to eat! But, that's okay.. he called when he got home safe and sound.. telling me what great time he had.

(37,163 posts)his observations in the Daily Cardinal were always spot on and he continues with witty commentary on wider platforms now. Really nice to see.
