45 min to first airing of my show this week on the Russian Invasion of Ukraine and more!

This week our top story is Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. We have a detailed full special segment on Ukraine, then, Arizona Republican Governor Jan Brewer backs off of an anti-gay bill and a significant event in Healthcare in the US as Republicans propose a bill to improve Obamacare. Finally we discuss an update on global climate change.

At the end we will have our trademark weekly hall of fame and shame for those politicians and prominent individuals who made great sense or shameful nonsense, respectively.

The show airs Sunday at 7pm Eastern time on Blogtalkradio.com at the below link and Monday at 2pm Pacific time on KCAA 1050am in Inland Empire, California!

1. Uh.... why were you scolding others elsewhere on DU for focusing on the Russian invasion of Ukraine

when you seem to have no qualms about spotlighting the very same thing on your show? Can't have it both ways, Steven. Must admit I'm surprised at this - I expected better from you. You have a great platform from which to communicate; be consistent.

3. Sure looked like it - not only to me but a bunch of other people who tweaked your nose for it.

I could always offer a link to the OP if anyone else feels like doubting me. And there was no 'poor reading comprehension' on our part either. This whole series of denials on your part when the proof's there in black and white (unless you've since hidden your posts) leaves me disinclined to listen to you in the future.

5. Then w/o allowing this group to become the host of a nasty fight,

let me invite any doubters to PM me for the link to disprove your inexplicable denial of the truth. Unless, of course, you've doubled back to hide your tracks. I don't understand how you can dispute what's public record.

The general thrust of your comments in this thread seems to be "move along folks, nothing to see here," as if our discussions might actually fan the flames of war and are unworthy of attention. It looks to any reasonable person like an attempt to squelch. But then on your own thread in this group, you trumpet the subject for your radio show and urge us to listen to YOU, as if you and you alone are qualified to address the matter. Have you honestly no idea how arrogant and worse that makes you sound? If not, that's another reason I'm disinclined to give you my ear in the future.

If you have further comments to make to me, you might want to save your breath because I see no reason to listen to you anymore. You can say all you want as long as you want, probably anywhere you want - but don't expect another response from me because you've already wasted too much of my time. Wish I could say it had been nice knowing you.

8. I hope everyone reads the link because they will see you are mischaracterizing what I said.

Whether the mischaracterization is deliberate or not, only you know.

The point is, one person on DU was advocating military action to support Ukraine. One.

And dozens of OPs were created to say, ohmigosh, there are all these people on DU advocating military action by the US in Ukraine, that's a terrible thing, don't do it!!!!!11!!1!

One person out of tens of thousands of registered members.

And yes, I stand by what I actually said. All of that effort and OPs with hundreds of comments with everyone patting themselves on the back for agreeing how terrible it is for All These People On DU to be advocating military action in Ukraine when in fact it was one person was ridiculous and not worth the effort.
