So I have this dream, see? There’s a courtroom, with John Boehner on one side and President Obama on the other. Everyone rises as Judge Judy enters the room. She sits down, reads the complaint, then looks at Boehner over the top of her glasses and tells him to approach the bench. She leans forward, looks him right in the eye and utters those immortal words from long ago Cheech and Chong: “Bailiff, whack his pee pee!”
