Centerpiece Of Obama's Climate Plan Wins Major Victory

This news warms my heart in the middle of the bloodbath that is the Clinton v Sanders primary. "Pragmatism" is my byword, so I was with Obama in '08 and '12 and am more exited by HRC than Bernie. Hillary strikes me as pragmatic and Bernie as the idealist But that's just me.

Mainly, I don't see how Climate Change will even make it to the general election debate in this political climate. Despite untold stats of evidence and concerns throughout the world. It's number one with me and everything should spring from our dedication to deal with it. This is excellent news to me.
