God knows, I think we all wanted Cliven Bundy arrested a LONG time ago, but I had faith that federal law enforcement was determined to do it without bloodshed and avoid making the elder Bundy a right-wing martyr. I just found out (?! .... moves my rock and sticks my head out) that he was arrested without violence at the Portland airport on Wednesday night.

Cool patience and determination trumps righteous and impatient anger.

Bundy cows, wildlife refuge, 'suicide' by police, quiet arrest - better outcome.

Now - if the local police would just stop executing unarmed 'citizens' on the street...

7. I have to say

he has handled these issues much better than people in the past. I wish he could getting local police trained in how to "de-escalate" these types of situations.
