Man Arrested For Exposing Himself While Spread Eagle In Ramsey Park

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Police arrested a 50-year-old man Thursday after he was allegedly found tied to a tree, blindfolded and waiting for anonymous sex in a Ramsey park.

Ramsey Police found Alan Petrusson, of Pillager, Minn., in Dayton Port Roadside Park Thursday evening. Officers said he had blindfolded himself and tied his wrists and ankles to two trees, exposing his genitals.

However, the idea of strangers meeting at the park to engage in sex is nothing new to police Chief Jim Way.

“It’s been going on for at least 10 years,” he said.

Petrusson’s arrest, however, was one of the most bizarre cases his department has seen.

Way said a DNR officer saw Petrusson tied at four points to two trees. Both his wrists and ankles were bound and he was described as sitting on a sling.
