Midland woman arrested for drug possession, hiding crack pipe in veejayjay
A Midland woman was found to have hidden a crack pipe in her vagina after she was arrested Thursday on a drug possession charge, according to her arrest affidavit.
Lakesha Williams, 36, was being held on a $10,000 bond for a second-degree felony charge of possession of a controlled substance between 1 and 4 grams in a drug-free zone. She posted bond and was released on Friday.
A Midland police officer said he observed Williams drinking a 24-ounce can of beer while she was driving her vehicle. The officer initiated a traffic stop in the 400 block of West New Jersey Avenue.
The officer found the beer can as well as several small crack rocks on the driver’s side and passenger side floorboards, according to the arrest report. Williams was arrested and transported to Midland County jail.
