Man arrested after allegedly bringing chain saw to bar fight

A Northern California man who allegedly brought a chain saw to a bar fight -- only to have it stall out -- has been arrested on charges of assault with a deadly weapon.

Weston Cecil Burton, 31, of Auburn was arrested at Stinky Mulligan's Bar in Lake of the Pines on Tuesday night after he allegedly got into a fight with another patron at the bar, went out to his truck and came back with a chain saw, KOVR-TV in Sacramento reported.

But the chain saw stalled, allowing other people in the bar to disarm him.
