It's kind of his stomping ground, so the decision to take the thing down, post-earthquake, is kinda screwing him out of his venue!
It's a neat building--a shame some rich so-n-so couldn't pony up the dough to take it apart piece by piece and put it back up with earthquake-ready improvements...
