Congress
Related: About this forumPresident Obama refuses to negotiate (rightfully so) over the debt ceiling with Congress.
"While I will negotiate over many things, I will not have another debate with this Congress over whether or not they should pay the bills that theyve already racked up through the laws that they passed," said President Obama late Tuesday after the passage of the "fiscal cliff" deal.
Anytime a Dem is on radio, TV, or wherever they should hammer that message home.

(33,187 posts)2. Do you think he has the courage to invoke the 14th amendment debt provision?
Or will he avoid that fearing more 1998-like impeachment drama?

amendment are null & void? etc.
