Jan 2021- Sanders resigns to become the next POTUS.
Jan 2023- Leahy retires instead of seeking 9th US Senate term.

Which Democrats takes Sanders' seat?
Which Democrat takes Leahy's seat?

Could Howard Dean or his wife get a cabinet position in the Sanders administration- Secretary of Health and Human Services or Surgeon General?
