The Udall cousins- Mark(CO) and Tom(NM) were elected to the US Senate in 2008.

In 2014, Mark(CO) narrowly lost re-election to Gardner-R, Tom(NM) won re-election by a double digit margin.
Tom(NM) is retiring in 2020.
If Mark(CO) won re-election in 2014, would he and his cousin Tom(NM) run for re-election or not run for re-election in 2020?
