Your predictions. But if you’re just giving an opinion, can I suggest you consider moving Warner into the Safe D category? I don’t even know the name of his Repub opponent, but Warner’s doing a lot of TV advertising here in No VA. Turnout so far is very high. VA went +5 for Clinton in 2016 and the polls suggest it will go more strongly for Biden this year, all good signs for Warner.

MN could stay in the likely.
I could move MI,CO,and AZ special in the likely D column.
ME is a Lean D state.
NC and IA will remain as Tilt D states.
