Biden states that will gain seats.

Biden/Harris need to win TX in 2024. TX will gain 3 more US House seats in 2022.
If Biden/Harris win all of the states they won in 2020 plus TX, they will win re-election in 2024.

with the possibility of Georgia and 306. That electoral map will bring victory in 2024. You are right that Texas should be a long term goal.
