Question about DOJ strategy regarding Jan 6th insurrection

To the attorneys among us: Do you think the DOJ is waiting until the Special Committee completes it's investigation to make a public move on any of the major players behind the insurrection?

It appears to me, given this analysis, the situation leans toward DOJ action against Bannon. I certainly hope so.
